In between, the price follows roughly 0.25 percent of spend. Pay every six months for 10 percent off, or yearly to get two months free. Payment is by card, and by invoice once the amount reaches $2,000. Monthly plans can be downgraded or canceled monthly. Tiers not shown here sit on the vendor's slider, so check the page for your exact spend.
What the TrueClicks plans include
The plans differ by spend, not by feature. Auditing, monitoring, budget and KPI tracking, automation, and the AI assistant are described across the product, and the pricing page lists unlimited Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts. Higher tiers add priority support and a dedicated account manager.
TrueClicks runs through the Google or Microsoft login you use, so it does not show up as a user in your ad account. Agencies should still ask clients for permission to share data with a third party.
It covers Google Ads and Microsoft Ads only. Amazon Ads, Meta and LinkedIn need another tool.
When TrueClicks costs less and when it does not
Price is only half the decision. The other half is who acts on what the tool finds. Here are three common US setups.
| Setup | TrueClicks | PpcAutomate | Cheaper option |
|---|---|---|---|
| One Google Ads account, $12,000 a month | Free plan, $0 | Starter, $49/month billed yearly, $588 a year | TrueClicks |
| In-house team, 5 accounts, $60,000 a month | Free is over the limit, so the $100K tier at $249/month monthly billing | Growth, $124/month billed yearly, $1,488 a year | PpcAutomate on annual, equal on monthly |
| Agency, 60 client accounts, $400,000 a month | Between the $200K and larger tiers, unlimited accounts | Enterprise, from $749/month billed yearly | TrueClicks |

TrueClicks
Under $50,000 a month TrueClicks is cheaper on paper, since it is free. What you do not get for free is the work: a finding in a dashboard still needs a person to add the negative or change the bid. If that person is you and you do it every week, you already know how long it takes. If it slips, you keep paying for the clicks the finding was about.
At scale the agency math favors TrueClicks, because accounts are unlimited and the price follows spend.
Alerts you read or rules that run
TrueClicks is built to catch errors, track budgets and KPIs, and give a specialist better information. PpcAutomate is built for the account where nobody has time to log in every day. Negative keyword autopilot mines n-grams in your search terms and adds exact or phrase negatives daily inside the scope you set. Bid and budget rules adjust within a daily cap on change size. Every applied change is logged with its reason and one-click undo.
Ask one question before choosing: after the tool finds a problem, who fixes it this week? If the answer is a specialist who enjoys that work, a free audit tool is a good deal. If the answer is nobody, you need rules that run without you. Many teams run both, with TrueClicks as a second set of eyes and PpcAutomate doing the routine.
Which option fits your account
Use TrueClicks if your spend is under $50,000 a month, a person acts on findings, or you manage many accounts. Buy PpcAutomate Starter if you run one Google Ads account under $15,000 a month and want the routine handled at $49 per month billed yearly. Growth covers 5 accounts and Microsoft Ads up to $75,000, with Approve or Autopilot set per rule. Agency covers 30 accounts and adds Amazon Ads, white label reports and a client view.
Keep the rest of the funnel in view as well. If you also need new campaigns built from scratch, an AI media buyer that builds campaigns from your URL and budget covers that step before rules take over.

Questions about TrueClicks pricing
TrueClicks costs about 0.25 percent of your monthly ad spend. It is free up to $50,000 a month, then $249 for the $100K tier, $349 for $200K, $749 for $1M and $999 for $1.5M on monthly billing. Annual billing gives two months free and six-month billing takes 10 percent off.
TrueClicks is free forever for accounts up to $50,000 in monthly ad spend. The free plan has a hard limit, and above it results stop updating for the accounts that push you over until you upgrade. A separate 30-day free trial lets you test unlimited spend before paying.
No. TrueClicks lists unlimited Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts, and the price follows your closest monthly spend tier. The $100K plan covers spend up to $150,000, the point where the $200K plan becomes the closer fit. Agencies can also resell TrueClicks to clients.
It is worth it when a specialist reads audits and monitoring results and acts on them, especially across many accounts. It adds less if nobody has time to act on findings. In that case a tool that applies approved rules daily, like PpcAutomate, converts the same spend into finished work.
For up to 5 accounts and $75,000 in monthly spend, PpcAutomate Growth costs $124 per month billed yearly, or $249 on monthly billing, against $249 per month for the TrueClicks $100K tier on monthly billing. Growth adds daily rules and one-click undo, while TrueClicks adds unlimited accounts and monitoring depth.
See what would run on your account
Export a search terms report from Google Ads or Microsoft Ads and run it through the homepage demo. It lists the exclusions PpcAutomate would make, so you can compare that against what you would do by hand before picking a plan.
