Six-month billing saves about 10 percent and annual billing about 15 percent. Some directories still list older Adalysis prices starting at $99, so trust the vendor page over third-party listings and recheck it before you buy.

What every Adalysis plan includes

Adalysis does not lock features behind plans. Every tier gets the same toolset: 100+ audit checks, custom alerts and automated actions, budget tracking and projections, nine prebuilt performance monitors, quality score analysis, keyword and search term analysis, Performance Max tools, an RSA asset manager, a campaign builder, and white label automated reporting.

What changes with the plan is support. The entry plan gets standard email support with a 12 hour response, one onboarding session, and a 30-day free trial. Higher plans add priority support with a 2 hour response time, more onboarding and training sessions, a longer extendable trial of 45 or 60 days, and on the top plan a dedicated account manager.

Platforms are Google Ads and Microsoft Ads only. If you also run Amazon Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn, you need another tool for those.

What Adalysis costs for three real account sizes

Price per tier is only half the decision. The other half is how many accounts you manage and how much of the routine work you still do yourself after paying. Here is the math for three common US setups, using annual billing on both sides.

  • One Google Ads account, $12,000 a month

    Adalysis

    $50K tier, $126/month, $1,512 a year

    PpcAutomate

    Starter, $49/month, $588 a year

    Cheaper option

    PpcAutomate

  • In-house team, 5 accounts on Google and Microsoft, $60,000 a month

    Adalysis

    $150K tier, $211/month, $2,532 a year

    PpcAutomate

    Growth, $124/month, $1,488 a year

    Cheaper option

    PpcAutomate

  • Agency, 25 client accounts, $200,000 a month

    Adalysis

    $250K tier, $296/month, $3,552 a year

    PpcAutomate

    Agency, $249/month, $2,988 a year

    Cheaper option

PpcAutomate on annual, Adalysis on monthly

  • Agency, 60 client accounts, $400,000 a month

    Adalysis

    $500K tier, $509/month, $6,108 a year

    PpcAutomate

    Enterprise, from $749/month billed yearly

    Cheaper option

    Adalysis

On monthly billing the agency row flips: Adalysis is $349 against $499 for PpcAutomate Agency. Above $300,000 in spend or 30 accounts, PpcAutomate moves to Enterprise and Adalysis is clearly cheaper, because its accounts are unlimited on every tier. An agency with a big book of small clients gets a lot of room for $296 a month.

For a business on one account, the gap is about $900 a year on annual billing. That is real money for an owner spending $12,000 a month on clicks, and it comes on top of the time question below.

Analysis toolkit or rules that run on their own

Adalysis is built for a PPC specialist who logs in, reads audits and alerts, tests ads, and decides what to change. It has automated actions, but the product centers on giving an analyst better information. If you have that analyst, it is a strong toolkit for the price.

PpcAutomate is built for the account where nobody has time to log in every day. Negative keyword autopilot mines n-grams in your search terms and adds exact or phrase negatives daily inside the scope you set. Bid and budget rules adjust within a daily cap on change size. Every applied change is logged with its reason and a one-click undo, so you review results instead of doing the work. See how negative keyword autopilot and bid and budget rules are set up.

Ask yourself one question before choosing: after paying, who does the weekly exclusions and bid changes? If the answer is a specialist who enjoys that work, Adalysis fits. If the answer is "nobody, and that is the problem", you need rules that run without you.

Which plan fits your account

Buy Adalysis if you manage many accounts, spend above $300,000 a month, want ad testing and quality score analysis tools, and have someone who reads audits every week. Unlimited accounts and users at every tier make it hard to beat for agencies.

Buy PpcAutomate Starter if you run one Google Ads account under $15,000 a month and want the routine handled at $49 per month billed yearly. Growth covers 5 accounts and Microsoft Ads up to $75,000, with Approve or Autopilot set per rule. Agency covers 30 accounts and adds Amazon Ads, white label reports, and a read-only client view. Compare every limit on the pricing page.

Keep the rest of the funnel in view too. Clicks you pay for are wasted when the landing page is down, so pair any PPC tool with uptime monitoring that checks your site every 30 seconds and pause ads before an outage eats the budget.
