PPC automation tool questions answered

PpcAutomate runs recurring account work through readable rules.

Product

PpcAutomate is autonomous PPC management software. It performs routine work such as search term mining, negative keyword management, bid and budget adjustments, alerts, and reporting for a flat subscription. Your team sets the business goals and decides account strategy.

PpcAutomate automates negative keyword selection, eligible bid and budget changes, budget pacing, anomaly alerts, and monthly reporting. Growth adds weekly account audits and an ad copy test monitor. Review the PPC management software features for the full workflow.

Negative keyword autopilot mines search terms for recurring n-grams and checks their cost and conversions against your rules. It adds exact or phrase negatives and manages shared lists across campaigns. You review match type and scope so a phrase exclusion does not block relevant demand.

No. PpcAutomate uses your account's conversion data and your targets to evaluate rules. Your team defines the conversion actions, checks lead or revenue quality, chooses offers, and sets strategy. Incorrect conversion tracking can lead to incorrect rule decisions.

Control and safety

Yes. Growth, Agency, and Enterprise include Approve or Autopilot mode per rule. Approve keeps proposed actions for review, while Autopilot applies an action when its conditions are met. See how PPC automation works before choosing a mode.

Daily change caps limit the size of bid and budget adjustments a rule can make in a day. They keep repeated adjustments within your chosen bounds. A cap controls the setting change, while actual spend also depends on ad platform delivery and budget behavior.

Yes. The change log records applied actions and provides one-click undo. Undo reverses the setting change, but it does not recover advertising spend already incurred or restore missed auction opportunities.

Anomaly alerts flag spend spikes, conversion drops, disapproved ads, and budget exhaustion. Starter sends daily alerts by email. Growth and above also support Slack alerts so the team can review changes in account behavior.

Read-only access supports analysis in Approve mode. Applying an approved change or enabling Autopilot requires permission for the relevant account actions. Enterprise adds SSO SAML and audit log export for access oversight.

Accounts and platforms

Google Ads is included in Starter and every higher plan. Microsoft Ads starts on Growth. Amazon Ads starts on Agency, and Enterprise includes all supported platforms. Platform access and account limits are listed in the PPC management packages.

Yes. PpcAutomate works alongside Smart Bidding through search term controls, budget pacing, alerts, and reporting. Direct bid adjustments apply only where the bidding strategy permits them. Rules do not force manual keyword bids into a campaign that uses automated bidding.

Yes. PpcAutomate includes Performance Max reporting for performance review. It respects the controls available for that campaign type and does not treat it as a Search campaign with fully visible keyword auctions.

Yes. Agency covers 30 ad accounts and 25 team seats with client roles, plus cross-account rule templates and bulk changes. It also includes branded reports and a read-only client view. Explore white label PPC for agencies for the reporting workflow.

Billing

Ad spend is the monthly advertising cost across the accounts managed by your subscription, combined across its supported platforms. The software subscription fee does not count as ad spend. Your plan's account limit applies alongside its spend limit.

Yes. Every plan offers monthly or yearly billing, with yearly selected by default. Yearly billing charges the annual total in one payment and displays the equivalent monthly price. Review PPC management packages for all prices and limits.

Yes. Cancel anytime in the billing panel to stop renewal. Access continues through your paid billing period. Annual subscriptions remain annual payments for the paid period.

Yes. Enterprise includes invoicing and purchase orders, a DPA, SSO SAML, audit log export, priority support with a named contact, and a dedicated onboarding playbook. It also includes unlimited spend, ad accounts, and team seats. Review the enterprise PPC management platform.

Demo and data

Upload a Google Ads or Microsoft Ads search terms CSV up to 5 MB with Search term, Clicks, Cost, and Conversions columns. Include Conv. value when using Target ROAS. Use a report covering the last 30 days to match the result's wasted spend period.

No. Your file is processed in your browser and never uploaded. The analysis reads the CSV locally to group n-grams, identify wasted spend, and build rule conditions. No card is required for the one-time analysis.

The analysis adds the cost of terms with no conversions to the cost of converting terms with CPA above 2x your target, counting each term once. This flags spend for review rather than proving every flagged query is irrelevant. Check conversion lag and business intent before excluding terms.

An account unlocks the full proposed negative list and CSV export, while the first 5 proposed negatives are visible before signup. Turning on Autopilot also asks you to create an account. The saved analysis helps you continue from the rules you reviewed.
