Software for recurring advertising account management
PpcAutomate is autonomous PPC management software, not an advertising agency. It provides features such as negative keyword automation, bid and budget rules, budget pacing, anomaly alerts, change history, undo, audits, and reporting according to the subscription you select. Features and supported platforms differ by plan.
The service carries out recurring work against targets and rules you authorize. It does not supply your advertising budget, create a professional advisory relationship, or guarantee leads, sales, profitability, account approval, or a particular CPA or ROAS. You remain responsible for business strategy, offers, creative decisions, landing pages, conversion definitions, and compliance obligations.
Your account and email code access
You must provide a valid email and be legally able to enter a binding agreement. Account signup and login use a code sent to your email. Keep control of that email account and do not share verification codes with unauthorized people. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for permissions you assign to team members.
Provide accurate account and billing information and notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or connect advertising accounts you are not authorized to access. We can require reasonable verification to protect an account or investigate suspected misuse.
Monthly or yearly recurring subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly according to the option selected at checkout. Yearly subscriptions are charged for the year, even when pricing is expressed as a monthly equivalent. The price, billing period, plan, and applicable charges are shown before purchase. Ad platform charges are separate and are paid under your arrangements with those platforms.
Your subscription renews automatically for the same billing interval until you cancel. You authorize recurring charges through your selected payment method or agreed invoicing arrangement. Applicable taxes or payment obligations remain your responsibility as shown at purchase or required by law. Invoicing and purchase orders are available on Enterprise under the applicable arrangement.
If a payment fails or remains overdue, we can notify you and restrict or suspend paid features until the matter is resolved. Any separately accepted order terms, DPA, or SLA apply to the subjects they cover. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Cancel renewal in the billing panel
Cancel your subscription in the billing panel before its next renewal to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation does not end access immediately. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for, unless the account is otherwise suspended or terminated under these Terms.
Fees for a paid period are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires a refund or a separate written arrangement provides one. Canceling a subscription does not delete the account or undo past advertising changes. Review and disable active rules and revoke platform connections when you no longer want the service to manage an account.
Coverage depends on the subscription you choose
Plan limits apply to ad spend under management, connected ad accounts, and team seats. All applicable limits operate together. A plan can be insufficient because of account count or seats even when managed spend stays below its limit. Supported platforms and features also depend on your plan.
Review the pricing page and the limits shown for your subscription before connecting accounts or adding team members. You must choose coverage appropriate to your usage and respond to notices about exceeding a limit. An increase in usage does not authorize an undisclosed charge. Any purchase or plan change is subject to the pricing and terms presented for acceptance.
You approve the rules that make account changes
Connecting an advertising account authorizes access only within the permissions granted through that platform. Read permissions support retrieving account information. Write permissions support permitted account changes. Rules make changes you approve or enable, including negative keywords, bids, and budgets within the available campaign and platform controls.
Where included in your plan, Approve mode requires review of proposed actions and Autopilot runs enabled rules according to their conditions. You are responsible for selecting appropriate targets, scopes, thresholds, and operating modes. Review your conversion tracking and allow for reporting delay before relying on rules that use performance information.
A daily cap on change size limits software adjustments to bids and budgets. It does not guarantee a fixed daily platform charge or prevent every possible loss. You remain responsible for all ad spend, authorized campaign activity, platform policies, and legal requirements that apply to your advertising. Ensure that other tools or operators do not make conflicting changes.
Review changes and use undo with context
The service provides a change log and one-click undo for applied changes. Undo reverses the recorded account change where the platform permits the reversal. It cannot recover money already spent, reverse completed auctions, or guarantee restoration of past advertising results. Platform restrictions, account state, or later changes can affect reversal.
Review alerts and change history and investigate unexpected activity. You are responsible for stopping or revising rules when your business conditions, tracking, budgets, or platform requirements change. Ending the software subscription does not by itself restore prior campaign settings.
Use the service lawfully and protect account access
Do not use PpcAutomate for unlawful advertising, fraud, unauthorized access, or violations of another party's rights. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls or plan restrictions, distribute malicious code, scrape protected service content without authorization, or use the service to disrupt third-party platforms.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for connected account data and any material you submit. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for PPC account management. Follow platform policies and applicable advertising, privacy, and professional rules. We can investigate suspected misuse and restrict access as reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.
Advertising platforms retain control of their systems
PpcAutomate connects with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon Ads according to plan coverage and the permissions you grant. Those platforms operate under their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limits. You are responsible for maintaining the platform accounts and complying with their requirements.
Platform changes, API limits, outages, permissions, or account restrictions can affect connected features, data freshness, and actions. We do not control third-party auction systems or approval decisions. Connections do not imply endorsement by an advertising platform. Optional alert destinations also operate under their own applicable terms.
Your data and the software you access
You retain your rights in the data and materials you provide. You grant us the permissions necessary to process that information to deliver, secure, and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable DPA. The homepage demo processes uploaded files in your browser and does not send the uploaded file to us. Numerical demo summaries can be associated with signup as described in the Privacy Policy.
We and our licensors retain rights in the software, service design, and related materials. Your subscription grants a limited right to use the service under these Terms for the applicable paid period. It does not transfer ownership of the software or permit unauthorized resale, copying, or distribution. Agency features permit client workflows within the plan's scope.
Service operation and advertising outcomes
We use reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably. Except for commitments expressly included in an applicable agreement or required by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, or advertising performance.
Automation depends on the information available from connected platforms and the rules you configure. Delayed or incomplete data can affect decisions. You are responsible for reviewing whether the service and your settings fit your advertising needs. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Limits apply where the law permits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the administrator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the service. Advertising charges incurred through your accounts remain your responsibility, including charges arising from rules you approve or enable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the administrator's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the service during the paid subscription period in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer or other statutory protections prevail where applicable.
When access can end
You can stop using the service and cancel renewal through the billing panel. We can suspend or terminate access for material breaches, unlawful use, security threats, unauthorized account access, or unpaid fees. Where reasonable and legally permitted, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a remediable issue before termination. Immediate restrictions can be necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
When access ends, your right to use paid features ends according to the applicable subscription and termination conditions. Outstanding payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective. Review active automation and connected account permissions before ending use. Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and any applicable DPA.
Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the service relationship under relevant conflict of law rules. Mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction remain in force. Any dispute is subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. No provision requires you to give up a legal forum or statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Contact [email protected] with a dispute or service concern so the issue can be reviewed. This does not restrict your right to use remedies available under applicable law.
Updates to the service and these Terms
We can update the service and these Terms to reflect operational, commercial, or legal changes. We provide notice of material changes through the service or by email as required by law. Subscription price changes are communicated before they apply to a renewal, and changes requiring consent take effect only with the required consent.
The date above identifies this version. Continued use after a properly notified effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the service and cancel renewal. Send questions about these Terms to [email protected].
