Optmyzr vs Opteo pricing for PPC agencies

Opteo is usually the cheaper of the two for an agency that runs mostly Google Ads, because its plans are priced by connected accounts and spend, starting at $129 per month for 10 accounts and $25,000 in monthly spend.

The cheapest line is not the cheapest agency setup. What matters is which tier your client book forces you into, and whether the tool does the routine work or hands it back to your team as a list of suggestions.

A 20-client agency managing $120,000 a month

Take an agency with 20 client accounts and $120,000 in combined monthly Google Ads spend, with four of those clients also running Microsoft Ads.

On Opteo, the Professional plan at $249 covers 25 accounts but caps spend at $100,000. The agency lands on the Agency plan at $499 per month, or roughly $416 per month once the two free months on yearly billing are spread across the year. That covers the Google side. Opteo's own pricing page lists only Google Ads, and Optmyzr's comparison page describes Opteo's multi-channel version as a limited release without public pricing, so the four Microsoft accounts need a separate plan for now.

On Optmyzr, the $120,000 spend puts the agency on the $150K tier. The starting price of $209 per month applies to the lowest spend tier, so expect a higher number for this book and confirm it in the tier selector or with sales. Microsoft Ads is included. Shopping and Performance Max management sit outside Essentials, and Essentials rules run weekly or monthly. An agency that wants daily rules and PMax tools is looking at Premium.

On PpcAutomate, Growth is capped at 5 accounts, so the agency sits on the Agency plan at $499 per month or $249 per month billed yearly ($2,988 per year). That covers 30 accounts, $300,000 in spend, Google and Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, white label reports, a read-only client view, cross-account rule templates, and bulk changes. Compare the full limits on the pricing page.

The same agency at 40 accounts outgrows the PpcAutomate Agency plan and the Opteo Professional plan, while Opteo Agency still fits with room to 75. That is a real point in Opteo's favor for agencies with many small Google-only clients.

Recommendations you click versus rules that run

The bigger difference sits in who does the work after you pay.

Opteo shows improvements as cards. A strategist reviews each one and applies it with a click. Optmyzr's own comparison concedes that Opteo has the cleanest optimization workflow of the two, and that new team members can act on recommendations quickly. The cost is time: every change still needs a person to open the account and approve it.

Optmyzr gives you a much larger toolkit. Its Rule Engine runs automations across accounts on a schedule, with a suggestions mode that previews changes before they apply. PPC Investigator explains why a metric moved, and Campaign Automator builds campaigns. For an agency with specialists who live in the tool all week, that breadth pays for itself. For a small team, a lot of it goes unused.

PpcAutomate sits closer to a managed routine. Negative keyword autopilot mines n-grams every day, bid and budget rules act within a daily cap on change size, and anomaly alerts flag spend spikes and conversion drops. On Growth and Agency, each rule runs in Approve mode or Autopilot mode, so a junior account manager can approve exclusions on one client while another client runs hands-off. Every action lands in a change log with one-click undo. See the features overview for the full rule list.

Pick by client mix and team hours

Choose Opteo when nearly all of your clients run Google Ads only, you have many small accounts, and your strategists like reviewing and approving each improvement. It has the lowest cost per account at the top tier. Our Opteo alternative page goes deeper on what changes when you want approved rules to run on their own.

Choose Optmyzr when you manage Meta and LinkedIn alongside search, when your specialists use scripts and Campaign Automator, or when you need hourly automation on Enterprise. Budget for the spend tier that matches your book, not the starting price. Smaller shops weighing the same choice can read Optmyzr alternative for small business. If daily rules matter more than breadth, the Optmyzr alternative page compares plans side by side, and Adalysis pricing shows the third spend-priced option with unlimited accounts.

Choose PpcAutomate when your agency sells search management on Google, Microsoft, or Amazon and the hours you want back are the repeat ones: query reviews, bid nudges, budget pacing, and monthly reports. The PPC software for agencies page covers white label reports and cross-account templates in more detail.

When a client asks why CPCs jumped last week, the account data tells you only half the story, so it helps to see which competitor ads are running in that auction before the call.

Questions agencies ask before choosing

Opteo is cheaper at most agency sizes. Its plans start at $129 per month and the Agency plan covers 75 accounts for $499. Optmyzr starts at $209 per month on annual billing for the lowest spend tier and rises with total spend. Optmyzr includes more ad platforms in that price, so compare the platforms you actually manage.

Opteo's pricing page lists Google Ads only. Optmyzr's comparison page says a multi-channel Opteo version covering Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn is in limited release without public pricing. If Microsoft Ads accounts are part of your agency book today, check with Opteo or use a tool that includes them, such as Optmyzr or PpcAutomate Growth and Agency.

Yes, for agencies that use its breadth: multi-platform accounts, the Rule Engine, PPC Investigator, scripts, and Campaign Automator. It is harder to justify for an agency that mainly needs daily exclusions, bid rules, and client reports on Google Ads, where a tool priced lower per account can cover the same routine.

Both offer a 14-day trial. Optmyzr's trial needs no credit card, and Opteo's asks for a payment method. PpcAutomate has no free management trial. Its one-time homepage demo reads a Google Ads or Microsoft Ads search terms CSV in your browser so you can see the exclusions it would make before choosing a plan.

Run one client's search terms CSV through the homepage demo, count your accounts and combined spend, and compare the Agency plan against your current Opteo or Optmyzr invoice. Start rules in Approve mode on the clients you are least sure about and switch them to Autopilot once the change log looks right.
